Yard Foreman/woman
Job Description
Infrastructure Services/CC- Supervise yard employees, ensuring adherence to company policies- Address performance issues- Prepare daily labour schedule- Oversee material maintenance to ensure proper procedures are being followed- Ensure work is performed safely and that employees are aware of and follow all safe working procedures including wearing appropriate PPE- Implement processes and activities to ensure yard cleanliness- Provide training to yard employees on various products/equipment- Oversee cycle counts- Ensure production numbers are met- Other related work activities as assignedEducation/Experience: General Education diploma with a minimum of 5 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSkills: - Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills required.- Excellent knowledge of yard operations and formwork/shoring equipment- Good understanding of safety legislation and a commitment to fostering a safe work environment- Good computer skills desirable- Knowledge of Aluma, Peri, Doka or other similar products an asset.Travel Requirements: No travel requiredJob Type: Full-timeFlexible language requirement:
