Job Description

Legend Boats is currently searching for multi-talented and safety conscious Yard Crew Team members who will be responsible for working outdoors in a fast paced and labor intensive position. The ideal candidate :

• Is geared to love the outdoors, and is capable of working in all types of weather
• Has the ability to lift 50+ lbs and is able to do repetitive movements (bending, lifting, crouching, standing for long periods)
• Reinforces a team atmosphere with cooperation,
• Outstanding communication and solid work ethics
• Works effectively to meet & exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Has a valid driver\'s license

In this role, some of the duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations in place at all times
• Work with the Yard Team Leader/Supervisor to adhere to the delivery schedule as closely as possible.
• Operating various tools and equipment as required
• Configuring loads on trailers that meet MTO requirements for travel
• Assisting with loading and unloading merchandise to and from trailers
• Blocking/bracing & securing loads with tie-downs for transport
• Inspecting & reporting on incoming & outgoing merchandise to identify any damages
• Using equipment to maneuver boats/trailers to designated holding areas
• Ensure consistency of quality on incoming products
• Complete additional tasks that may be assigned as needed

Salary and other Compensation:

• $22 - $27 Hourly based on Skills and Experience

• Annual Work Wear allowance up to $300
