Dauphin Consumers Co-operative Ltd. is inviting applications for a
Yard Clerk, (Seasonal)
At our Anhydrous Ammonia Site
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to and sales assistance Loading and delivering product in a safe and orderly manner Maintaining the yard in an orderly and organized manner, in compliance with yard plan Operating and maintaining all equipment and tools in a safe manner Administration duties, including creating and maintaining spreadsheets, filing, answering phones, front-end service and other duties assigned Assisting in all other retail operations as assigned
Qualifications:
Provide excellent customer service skills and project a positive image Mature, reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Posses a Class 5 Driver's Licence Ammonia handling experience an asset Knowledge in using computers, including MS-DOS, Word, Outlook, and Excel Must be able to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and ability to work extended hours during peak season as required Ability to understand and comply with safety codes and protocols Can fulfill physical job requirements including extended time on one's feet and manual labour
