  • Write, edit, and format copy for online and print communications, advertising, promotional collateral, video, and social media
  • Develop and manage a consistent written voice for the firm, ensuring all communications adhere to MNP\xe2\x80\x99s brand standards
  • Support national and regional marketing managers by producing assets that align with communications best practices and MNP\xe2\x80\x99s strategic marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with designers, our digital production team and other stakeholders to provide value-added insight on messaging and creative strategy
  • Understand the nuances of voice and content for different regions, services, and industry groups
  • Conduct interviews and research to ensure content is accurate and current
  • Work closely with digital marketing specialists to build search-optimized content (SEO)
  • Maintain awareness of the Canadian Press Style and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Canada standards and stipulations for rules in advertising
  • Maintain competitive industry knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, English, or creative writing
  • 3 to 5 years of written communication experience
  • Strong understanding of journalistic best practices and marketing principles
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • The following would be considered an asset:
  • Professional services or agency experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
  • Demonstrated experience developing thought leadership content (e.g., SEO articles, instructional articles, white papers, etc.)
  • Awareness and understanding of generative AI
