Echo Valley Ranch & Spa is looking for a wrangler starting now until October 31st, 2025.

Our mission is to facilitate a superb, immersive guest experience, so our guests can connect to nature through soft adventures and wellness. Each guest will have a different way of connecting with nature and we are here to guide them through the best possible experience, which you will help deliver.

We are looking for a multi-talented individual with a strong horse background and ideally experience in trail riding. Please familiarize yourself with our Horse Harmony Experience on our website. Please note that for the safety and health of our horses we have a 200 lb. weight limit for riding.

We believe Echo Valley is an ideal place to connect with nature and oneself and while the ability to adapt to the lifestyle of working and living in a remote location is essential for our team, we are also looking for the following qualities:

We offer a competitive compensation package including private staff accommodations (you will have your own room and ensuite bathroom), full room and board, and a proportionate share in tips. Full details will be supplied if you are selected for an interview.
