We are seeking a skilled and dedicated NSWOC Nurse to join our team as an independent contractor. This role focuses on providing complex wound, ostomy, and continence care services to injured workers across Alberta.
As a contractor, you will deliver in-person and/or virtual care, ensuring high standards of clinical assessment and reporting in accordance with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop care plans.
- Provide advanced wound, ostomy, and continence management to clients.
- Submit timely documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with Case Managers, Health Care Consultants, and other providers.
- Maintain compliance with privacy legislation (FOIP, HIA, PIPA).
- Ensure continuity of care during any extended absence (notice required if away for 5+ business days).
Travel Opportunities
- Travel outside of city limits will be compensated. This may include greater Edmonton and Northern Alberta.
*Compensation is provided per completed assessment with an additional allowance component for related services such as travel. Hotels, airfare covered at actual cost.

Pay: $60.00 per hour

Must provide proof of Professional Liability Insurance and Commercial General Liability Insurance (minimum $2 million per occurrence)?
