Job Description
Job Summary The Workshop Controller/Laborer will primarily be responsible for organizing/conducting repairs and maintenance to various types of equipment in a safe and effective manner. Our normal work day runs from 8am to 5pm and 8am-12pm on Saturdays. We are a customer service driven agribusiness and seasonal flexible hours will be required. Competencies

- Operate power, pneumatic and manual equipment and/or tools such as Forklifts loaders, welders, etc.
- Maintain and manage various types equipment.
- Work both in the workshop and on the road to fix and maintain various types of equipment.
- Conducting timely Pre-Season Preventative Maintenance on all non-licensed equipment
- Organizing/conducting in season repairs on all equipment on both sites as required
- Organizing other shop personnel and assigning tasks to be completed on a daily basis
- Always maintaining a clean, organized and safe workshop area
- Maintaining electronic service records for all work done
- Communication large repairs with Management prior to work commencing as they arise
- Ensuring the workshop is adequately stocked required tools and supplies
- French not required
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime pay
- Vienna, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Workshop: 2 years (preferred)
