We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team. As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our staff, visitors, and clients. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to effectively manage relationships, support facility management, and contribute to business events and community initiatives. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and proactive approach to resolving issues will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Customer Experience services, ensuring a high level of service for all employees and visitors.
  • Proactively communicate with key stakeholders within JLL and the client.
  • Take ownership of the workspace within your portfolio of buildings, consistently delivering a fantastic customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Take full responsibility for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide written reports and quality data as needed.
  • Assist in managing the monthly budget, expense submissions, and follow up on requests.
  • Support the operational management of buildings, coordinating with on-site and third-party suppliers.
  • Assist with projects impacting operational delivery, contracts, or client risk.
  • Ensure compliance with JLL and client processes, including audits.
  • Maintain records and documents for audit purposes.
  • Work within financial parameters and ensure security and safety requirements are met within agreed service level agreements.
  • Actively participate in team and management meetings.
  • Maintain a strong business relationship with the client, understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Complete any other duties as requested.
What you will bring to the role:
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to understand and respond to staff and customer needs.
  • Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Skilled in negotiation and influence within client and supplier organizations.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Empowered to take action and resolve issues thoughtfully.
  • Proficient in GSuite, Microsoft Office suite, and computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Commercial and financial awareness in a client environment.
  • College degree preferred, but additional relevant experience is acceptable.
  • 2-4 years of customer service, hotel experience, retail/sales experience in a multinational organization is advantageous.
