As a Workday consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Workday applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Meaningful Work You'll Be Part Of




As a Workday Financial, Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Define and oversee the financial architecture of Workday Finance solutions, with a focus on Record to Report. Lead and manage diverse, remote, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with engagement managers to ensure alignment on quality, timelines, and deliverables. Contribute to business development efforts and foster strong client relationships. Support innovation initiatives to modernize finance functions powered by Workday. Participate in client discussions, manage engagements, and produce accurate, concise documentation. Translate client needs into system functionality using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and Miro. Provide cross-functional Workday advice across Finance, HCM, and Payroll. Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Workday practice. Embrace hybrid ways of working and foster an inclusive team environment.

Experiences and Skills You'll Use to Solve



Qualified Canadian CPA or equivalent reciprocal/recognized designation. Demonstrated success in full lifecycle Workday Financials implementations within consulting or IT services. Experience with Workday delivery models (Platform, Finance First, Phase X) and deployment approaches (Large Enterprise, Launch). Proven ability to lead large, complex global projects and manage performance across teams. Strong business writing and documentation skills, including business cases, SOWs, and change requests. Experience with Workday Accounting Center, Prism, and Reporting. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Workday solutions. Track record of identifying and acting on opportunities for additional business. Passion for digital transformation, continuous learning, and delivering client value. BC Region Pay Range Information




The salary rangefor this position is $144,700.00 - 193,000.00 - 241,200.00$ CAD Annual, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location.
