We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Workday Analyst to join our People team in Langley, BC.
This temporary position is expected to last 12 months.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Services, you will be responsible for assigned Workday modules and playing a key role in supporting ongoing operations. In this role, you will configure, optimize and deliver scalable, efficient solutions that align with strategic business goals.
You will be responsible for:Full-cycle configuration and support for absence and benefit modules including requirement gathering, designing, testing, implementing and supporting change management. Partner with stakeholders to address business needs, providing guidance on system capabilities and best practices. Developing and managing reports, calculated fields and dashboards. Supporting semi-annual Workday releases, including regression testing, assessment of new features and implementing where applicable. Maintaining documentation for new configurations and updates. Ensuring data integrity through audit processes and analysis. Contributing to knowledge base, presenting new functionality and opportunities to business partners and teammates. Providing day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of ServiceNow tickets.

You have:3+ years of hands-on Workday experience with a good understanding of absence and benefits modules. Proven experience leading Workday projects or implementations. A bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business, or related field. A strong understanding of HR processes. Workday certifications are considered an asset.

You are:An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across business areas An analytical thinker, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Skilled in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to build productive and collaborative working relationships. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment while managing multiple priorities and projects.

Compensation Details:
$83,394.00 - $104,243.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
