We are looking for two Work Management Learning Officers to join our team. Under the general direction of the Work Management
Learning Team Lead, this position is responsible for providing expertise, guidance, and development of employees and contractors
related to Work Management (WM) objectives as part of a comprehensive learning program. This program consists of required and
essential work management software applications and business processes to carry out the business functionality of the enterprise.
This position will lead as a subject matter expert and learning specialist in the analysis, identification, decision-making, design,
delivery, and evaluation of the Work Management Learning program.
Responsibilities:
As a subject matter expert, design and develop synchronous and asynchronous learning resources that enhance retention
and knowledge transfer for all aspects of work management systems and business processes, applying tested instructional
design theories, practices, and methods. Collaborate and consult with cross-functional and cross-disciplinary teams across business units, including learners, subject
matter experts, and leadership to conduct skill gap analyses, identify target audiences' learning needs, and develop training
programs to close the gap between current existing human capital capabilities and the future needs of the organization. Evaluate existing and future learning resources using established criteria to improve learning programs as required and meet
business needs. Coordinate and market learning resources on enterprise platforms and learning management systems, running reports for
analytics of program effectiveness. Establish measurement tools and processes to evaluate learning programs for effectiveness relative to the organization's
needs. Attend meetings and engage in professional development and networking opportunities to share and learn best practices.
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership of a cross-disciplinary team in planning, organizing, and managing multiple
activities within strict timelines.
Conduct system testing related to enhancements, problem resolution, and upgrades.
Ensure that all learning resources are updated to reflect changes to business processes, software enhancements, and new
functionality or software, including creating, maintaining, and testing training data in the training environments.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all aspects of WMS functionality system users requiring assistance,
reflecting any changes to learning materials for all programs.
Participate in projects or other initiatives related to work management systems as a subject matter expert.
Travel required in Manitoba.
Qualifications:
A four-year university degree from an institute of recognized standing, plus two years of combined related experience.

A Certificate in Program Development and Adult Learning or a relevant two-year diploma from an institute of recognized
standing in a related discipline, plus four years of combined related experience.
Demonstrated experience in the learning and development of employees using a variety of formats, software, and delivery
methods.
Demonstrated expertise with Mobile Workforce Management (MWM and/or SAP for work management), plus working
knowledge in at least one additional work management system and its business processes (i.e., Enterprise Asset
Management (EAM), Regional Maintenance System (RMS), PowerOn Restore, Common Sales Interface (CSI), etc.).
Demonstrated elevated levels of curiosity, agility, and willingness to learn and promote change.
Use Microsoft Office, web conferencing tools, elearning, and design software proficiently in order to create learning material
and resources.
Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and technical writing skills.
Willingness to travel throughout the Province of Manitoba.
Possess and maintain a valid Province of Manitoba Driver's Licence (Class 5).
Obtain and maintain a current Personnel Risk Assessment and a "Clear" security rating in accordance with Manitoba Hydro
policy P513.
Salary Range
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $35.76-$49.49 Hourly,
$68,531.06-$94,825.90 Annually.
