Job Description
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Respond to various requests from retail stores employees to help support the sales process and determine the optimal solution for the client's needs;
- Contact existing customers to verify they have the right product or service according to their needs and habits;
- Promote complementary products and services;
- Provide an exceptional service experience to retail store representatives and customers.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to quickly connect and interact with people;
- High school diploma or equivalent completed;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced computerized environment and perform various tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent learning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Experience in sales and technology, a strong asset
