We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the Forest Products Operations Group as a Woodlands Operations Supervisor for Central New Brunswick.

Qualifications:

• Education Required: Trade Certification or Bachelor\'s Degree
• Years of Experience Required:

• 2-4 years of production management experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience minimum
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
• Desire to work in the field of Forest Management
• Bilingualism considered an asset

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in the field
• Meeting quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Meeting daily and weekly production requirements
• Performance management of a group of operators
• Identifying opportunities for productivity improvement
