Operations Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Distribution Centre

Location: 14010 164th St. NW Edmonton, Alberta

Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 2:30pm-11pm

Job Summary

As an Operations Supervisor for McKesson Distribution, you will use your leadership skills to drive a culture of excellence through execution of daily operational plans and strategies. You will lead by allocating resources, disseminating information to teammates, and ensuring compliance with key processes, all while achieving safety, quality, efficiency and financial KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.

In this dynamic, fast-paced role you will exercise strategic thinking, effective planning, and utilize your communication skills to motivate and inspire your team, driving a culture of excellence.

Job Duties

Implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance

Position Requirements

Completed post-secondary education (Business, Supply chain or related field) is preferred

Minimum of 3 years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities

Combination of education and experience may be considered

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$65,100 - $108,500
