Wiring Technician L2 (ecs)

Mississauga, ON, CA, Canada

Job Description

Behind every smooth elevator ride is a carefully wired control system -- the hidden intelligence that makes it all work. At MAD, we're looking for a detail-driven

Electrical Assembler

to help bring those systems to life.

In this hands-on role, you won't just connect wires -- you'll bring function and reliability to our custom elevator fixture panels. Using your knowledge of electrical components and CAD schematics, you'll help ensure every panel meets the highest standards of safety, precision, and performance.

What You'll Do

Perform point-to-point wiring of elevator fixture panels using CAD-based electrical schematics. Connect a range of components including sensors, actuators, control systems, circuit boards, and more. Troubleshoot wiring issues, interpret circuit functionality, and ensure everything works as designed. Inspect and verify your work using visual checks and measuring devices. Prioritize tasks to meet production schedules and maintain inventory accuracy. Follow quality control standards and complete inspection documentation. Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety and 5S standards.

What You Bring

You take pride in doing things right the first time -- and understanding how every connection matters. You likely have:

A college diploma in Electrical or related experience. 2+ years in manufacturing or electrical assembly. A solid understanding of electrical and electronic components and their roles in control panels. Mechanical or electromechanical assembly experience (an asset). The ability to read and interpret CAD schematics confidently. Great problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting. Physical capability to manage materials and lift up to 50 lbs (assisted if needed).

Why This Role Matters

Every panel you wire is more than a product -- it's part of a system people trust every day. You'll be the expert behind the scenes who ensures elevators run smoothly, safely, and exactly as designed.

Why MAD?

Join a team where technical expertise is valued, quality matters, and your work truly moves people -- floor by floor. At MAD, you'll be surrounded by professionals who care about doing it right, together.
