Job Duties & Responsibilities
Assisting customer with their Wireless needs, such as purchasing a new phone, upgrading their existing phones or selecting a new plan
Educating customers on various phone and plan options, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Assisting customers with troubleshooting their phones or resolving any issues they may be experiencing with their services or billing
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and services
Conducting regular inventory counts
Staying up-to-date on the latest technology and industry trends, as well as any changes or updates to the wireless service providers policies and plans
Collaborating with team members and management to achieve goals and provide excellent customer service.
Participating in training and development opportunities.
Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients
Receive and manage the inventory processes.
Review sales reports on a daily basis
Any other duties as may be assigned by Management

Salary: $15.00 per hour + Commissions + Bonuses and Incentives/Employee Discounts
