Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, offering product recommendations and personalized beauty advice. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our beauty products, including haircare, skincare, and cosmetics. Conduct product demonstrations and provide beauty tips to enhance the customer shopping experience. Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions. Maintain accurate inventory records, receive, and stock products, and perform periodic inventory checks. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and performance goals. Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the beauty industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong understanding of inventory management and stock handling. Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Passion for beauty products and staying current with industry trends. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Must reside in the Saskatoon area.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time, Salary: Starting from $15.00+ per hour, based on experience Benefits: Extended health care, store associate discount, on-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
