This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team for the summer of 2026. In this role, you will work on improving and maintaining wireless driver functionality, gaining valuable hands-on experience in software development for wireless technologies. This is a great opportunity to learn and contribute to impactful projects in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and improvement of wireless drivers. Investigate and resolve issues related to wireless driver functionality. Collaborate with team members to design and implement driver enhancements. Learn and apply knowledge of Wi-Fi protocols during development tasks. Document processes, findings, and improvements to maintain best practices.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software or Electrical Engineering, or a related field (second year or above). Proficient in

C programming language

. Basic knowledge or familiarity with

Wi-Fi protocols

(preferred but not mandatory). Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn new technologies. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Stagiaire Developpement de Pilote Sans Fil - Hiver 2026

Nous recherchons un stagiaire motive et enthousiaste pour rejoindre notre equipe a l'ete 2026. Dans ce role, vous travaillerez a l'amelioration et a la maintenance des pilotes sans fil, tout en acquerant une experience precieuse dans le developpement logiciel pour les technologies sans fil. Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunite d'apprentissage et de contribution a des projets significatifs dans un environnement collaboratif et favorable.

au bureau de St-Laurent

Principales responsabilites :

Participer au developpement et a l'amelioration des pilotes sans fil. Examiner et resoudre les problemes lies aux fonctionnalites des pilotes sans fil. Collaborer avec les membres de l'equipe pour concevoir et mettre en oeuvre des ameliorations. Apprendre et appliquer les connaissances des protocoles Wi-Fi dans les taches de developpement. Documenter les processus, les decouvertes et les ameliorations pour maintenir les bonnes pratiques.

Qualifications :

Actuellement en cours d'etudes en informatique, en genie logiciel ou electrique, ou dans un domaine connexe (deuxieme annee ou plus). Maitrise du langage de programmation

. Connaissances de base ou familiarite avec les

protocoles Wi-Fi

(prefere mais pas obligatoire). Excellentes capacites de resolution de problemes et envie d'apprendre de nouvelles technologies. Excellentes competences en collaboration et en communication.
