Dans ce role, vous soutiendrez le developpement et la mise en oeuvre de communications, aiderez a la logistique et a la promotion d'evenements, et collaborerez avec differentes equipes pour assurer une diffusion coherente et ponctuelle des messages. Vous acquerrez une experience pratique en creation de contenu, publication numerique et coordination interfonctionnelle -- tout en travaillant aux cotes de professionnels experimentes des communications engages dans votre developpement.
Responsabilites :
Creation et revision de contenu
Soutenir la redaction, la relecture et la mise en forme de diverses communications, telles que des bulletins, des annonces et du materiel lie aux evenements. Vous pourriez egalement contribuer a la conception graphique de base a l'aide d'outils comme Canva pour ameliorer la presentation visuelle.
Coordination des activites de communication
Assurer le bon deroulement des taches de communication en maintenant les listes de diffusion, en mettant a jour les calendriers d'evenements et en gerant le contenu de l'intranet. Cela inclut le telechargement d'articles, la verification des hyperliens et le respect de la coherence de la marque sur les differentes plateformes.
Soutien et promotion d'evenements
Contribuer a la planification et a la promotion d'evenements en preparant du materiel de communication, en distribuant des invitations et des campagnes courriel, et en aidant a la logistique sur place. Vous pourriez egalement soutenir les activites sur les reseaux sociaux et le suivi post-evenement.
Collaboration interfonctionnelle
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les conseillers principaux en communications et diverses equipes internes pour faciliter le partage d'informations exactes et en temps opportun. Cela inclut la reponse aux demandes courantes et la contribution a des initiatives interfonctionnelles plus larges.
Le bilinguisme (anglais/francais) est un atout.
Communications Associate Intern - Winter 2026
Are you a motivated communicator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling?
Join our team this winter as a Communications Associate Intern and contribute to meaningful initiatives that inform, engage, and inspire.
In this role, you will support the development and execution of communications, assist with event logistics and promotion, and collaborate across teams to ensure consistent and timely messaging. You'll gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital publishing, and cross-functional coordination--all while working alongside experienced communications professionals committed to your growth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Content Creation and Editing
Support the drafting, proofreading, and formatting of various communications, including newsletters, announcements, and event-related materials. May also assist with basic graphic design using tools such as Canva to enhance visual presentation.
Coordination of Communications Activities
Ensure smooth execution of communications tasks by maintaining mailing lists, updating event calendars, and managing intranet content. Responsibilities include uploading news items, verifying hyperlinks, and upholding brand consistency across platforms.
Event Support and Promotion
Contribute to the planning and promotion of events by preparing communication collateral, distributing invitations and email campaigns, and assisting with on-site logistics. May also support social media outreach and post-event follow-up activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work in close partnership with senior communications advisors and various internal teams to facilitate timely and accurate information sharing. This includes responding to routine inquiries and contributing to broader cross-functional initiatives.
Bilingualism (EN/FR) preferred
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
