Job Description

C&B Landscaping is a professional landscaping and snow removal company servicing Guelph, Kitchener, Fergus, Puslinch and surrounding area, including commercial, industrial, multi-residential and residential properties.

We are looking for hard working individuals to join our winter maintenance snow removal team. This position is full-time/part time and on-call 24/7 including all weekends and holidays. Potential for career advancement for hardworking, respectful and positive individuals.

What your job duties will be:

Safe, efficient and functional operation of all snow removal and maintenance equipment which include shovels, blowers, snow blowers, sidewalk tractor, tractor and salt spreaders Spreading salt effectively as required Shoveling and operating equipment as assigned Maintain equipment on a regular basis Available 24/7 and respond to calls and texts within 45-60 minutes (including days, evenings, weekends and holidays) Complete listed routes in a team and/or individually Collect accurate and legible record/logs including maintenance logs, vehicle log/inspections, salting logs, hours serviced Provide completed logs and documentation at the end of each shift manually and/or electronically Perform other duties as assigned
