Lead engaging and safe winter fat bike tours for high-end clientele.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing knowledgeable commentary, personalized attention, and professional service.
Manage and maintain a fleet of fat bikes, ensuring bikes are in excellent working condition (mechanical skills an asset).
Assist guests with bike fitting, operation, and safety protocols.
Promote a culture of safety by monitoring trail conditions, weather, and guest well-being throughout tours.
Represent Bikescape with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to outstanding service.
Support additional operational needs such as equipment logistics, preparation, and post-tour clean-up.
Qualifications
Previous guiding or outdoor leadership experience (cycling, adventure tourism, or related field).
Strong customer service skills with the ability to cater to high-end clientele.
Fat biking or mountain biking experience required.
Bike mechanical knowledge (asset).
Current Wilderness First Aid 40hrs, minimum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and able to work in winter outdoor conditions.
Proven ability to pivot and problem-solve in response to changing conditions.

Experience:
guiding or instructing: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
40 Hour Wilderness 1st aid at minimum (required)
PMBIA Level 1 or GSMBC Level 1 Certification (required)
