As a
Wine Shop Support Staff Member
, you will play a key role in keeping our wine shop running smoothly. You'll assist guests, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure the space stays organized and well-stocked.Key Responsibilities
Helping Customers:
Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.Restocking Shelves:
Keep the wine shop stocked and organized.Polishing Glasses:
Ensure glassware is clean and ready for tastings.Sweeping & Tidying:
Maintain a clean and inviting environment.Supporting Team Members:
Assist with other shop tasks as needed.What We're Looking For
A
positive attitude
and excellentcustomer service skills
Ability to work in afast-paced environment
Willingness to learn aboutorganic and biodynamic wines
Ability to lift up to40 lbs
and stand for extended periods Previousretail or hospitality experience
is a plus but not requiredSpeaking multiple languages is an asset
