Join our passionate team at Gradwell Wines as a Wine Sales Agent and uncork a world of opportunities! We\'re seeking a dynamic individual with a love for fine wines and a knack for sales. As a Wine Sales Agent, you\'ll engage with clients, sharing your expertise on various vintages, cultivating relationships, and driving sales growth. If you possess exceptional communication skills, thrive in a target-driven environment, have an entrepreneurial spirit, know your wines and/or have sommelier training (bonus) and are experienced at wine tastings and sales - we want to hear from you! What you will be doing: Sales Generation:

  • Actively promote and sell a diverse range of wines to both new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the customer base.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and needs.
  • Follow up on inquiries, orders, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and transport the timely delivery of wine orders.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Accounts receivable.
Collaboration and Networking:
  • Collaborate with the team to develop promotional campaigns, events, and marketing materials to boost sales.
  • Attend industry events, tastings, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay abreast of industry developments - during and after hours as required.
  • Travel to clients for servicing accounts.
