Do you have exceptional Windows Desktop knowledge including Windows 10 migration? Do you understand the concepts around ProcMon & PerfMon? Do you want to be a part of the transformation of an enterprise infrastructure into a modern state-of-the-art ecosystem? Then you might be Fivesky\'s next Windows Endpoint Specialist. What you\'ve done:
- 7+ years working as a true Windows Engineer.
- Expertise with Windows 10 in an enterprise environment including folder redirection, migration of Windows 10 to 11, and user migration between Forests with a deep understanding of Windows Server 2019.
- Worked within Windows Infrastructure Technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/NRPT, PKI/CA, RADIUS, NPS, etc.
- Developed strong hardware knowledge and management in an enterprise environment.
- Extensive experience with enterprise workload migration to the cloud, such as network drive content, to Microsoft OneDrive for Business and SharePoint (M365).
- Developed advanced PowerShell scripts.
- Utilized your knowledge of SCCM and software delivery concepts.
- You have experience with Active Directory/GPO.
- Written technical and operational management documentation (system design and engineering documents, and operational runbooks).
- Integrate, sustain, and maintain Windows Desktop stack related technologies.
- Bring a strong troubleshooting mindset.
- Ensure that all products meet the necessary security, supportability, and performance requirements.
- Ensure we meet the business expectations around user experience.
- Create, review, maintain, and update documentation.
- Provide 3rd line support to investigate & troubleshoot root causes.
- Share your knowledge with peers.
- Experience with Microsoft Always-on VPN.
- Have worked in an Agile environment.
- Worked with Jira.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
