We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and top-tier customer service. We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Installer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Safely and accurately install blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and other window treatments in residential and commercial settings. Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and installation instructions. Operate power tools and hand tools to complete installations with precision. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring each job site is clean and clients are satisfied with the finished product. Troubleshoot and problem-solve to ensure proper fit and functionality. Maintain company equipment and vehicle in good working order. Take ownership of projects -- working independently after training, as if it were your own business -- while keeping communication open with the team.

Qualifications

Previous experience in window treatment installation, carpentry, or a related trade is preferred (training provided for the right candidate). Strong mechanical skills and comfort using hand and power tools. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work on ladders and mobile elevating work platforms as needed. Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong customer service focus. Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
