You'll be responsible for installing and replacing windows and doors in both residential and commercial settings--ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard while delivering a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Install and replace windows and doors according to company specifications and project requirements.
Ensure all installations are properly aligned, sealed, and finished to meet quality standards.
Safely remove existing windows, doors, and related materials when necessary.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes (an asset).
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively throughout all stages of installation.
Perform minor restoration work as needed, including caulking and painting
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades.
Previous window and door installation experience is required.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment.
Comfort with ladder work and performing physically demanding tasks.
Experience with metal work and framing is a strong asset.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Background check may be required.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials as part of daily duties.
