Window Production Specialist

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle specialized window production and support plant projects as required Assist with machine setups, minor adjustments, and material movement Read and apply instructions from blueprints and technical drawings Safely operate various hand tools and power tools Work independently on assigned duties or assist other departments when needed Always follow company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation Physically capable of working in a fast-paced production setting Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptable mindset Engineering training or background is an asset Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take on diverse tasks
