We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, carpentry, and restoration, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. As a Window Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of windows in residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install and replace windows according to specifications and building codes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for window installation Perform caulking to ensure proper sealing of windows Conduct restoration work as needed to maintain structural integrity Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to safety protocols while on job sites

Requirements

Proven experience in construction or carpentry is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in window installation Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Knowledge of caulking techniques and materials Experience with restoration work is a plus Skills in construction painting, plumbing, flooring installation, tile laying, or welding are advantageous Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
