We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of windows in residential properties. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in construction and carpentry. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency of our clients' spaces.

Duties

Install windows according to specifications and building codes, ensuring proper sealing and insulation. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for window installations. Apply caulking and other sealants to ensure airtight installations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Conduct inspections of installed windows for quality assurance and address any issues promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction or carpentry is essential. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to window installation. Knowledge of caulking techniques and materials used in window installations. Familiarity with restoration processes for window frames is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with window installation. Must be fluent in English Must be able to work in Ontario legally. Must have drivers licence and to get to job or meet for carpooling, on time. Must be punctual , reliable and responsible. Must be able to pass background police check.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
