We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window film installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security film and/or window tints/frost, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. As an installer you will be responsible for applying window film to windows, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets customer specifications.
Duties
Install a variety of window films
, including security film, tint, privacy film, and frosted film, on residential and commercial properties.
Measure, cut, and apply film
with precision to ensure perfect fit and finish.
Inspect windows
to assess surface preparation, ensuring clean and smooth application of film.
Ensure proper installation techniques
are followed to guarantee long-lasting adhesion and durability of the film.
Provide excellent customer service
, answering questions and explaining the benefits of different window film products.
Maintain a clean work environment
and adhere to safety guidelines, ensuring both personal safety and the safety of others on-site.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
efficiently, ensuring a high-quality final product.
Assist with inventory management
, ensuring that the right materials and tools are always available for each job.
Experience
Proven experience in window tinting or related fields such as construction or restoration
Familiarity with hand tools, welding techniques, tile laying, and flooring installation is preferred
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation
Experience in carpentry, plumbing, caulking, and construction painting is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
