We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of various window treatments, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Install a variety of window treatments including blinds, shades, and draperies according to specifications.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate placement and installation.
Perform necessary adjustments and modifications during the installation process.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Conduct restoration work as needed, ensuring all installations are completed to the highest standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
Adhere to safety protocols while performing installations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to window treatment installation.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
