• Identify and engage potential clients through various sales channels, including door to door, calls, emails, in-person meetings
• Accurately assess projects and generate competitive quotes for homeowners
• Develop rapport and relationships with homeowners around the Kawartha Lake\'s region
• Learn how to negotiate and close deals on the spot!
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company\'s revenue growth

Job Requirements

• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
• Access to a vehicle
• High school diploma
• Preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to complete projects at a professional level
• Part - time commitment from January to April (10-20 hours weekly)
• Full-time commitment from May to August (40-50 hours weekly)
• Strong communication skills
• Coachable
