What You'll Do:

Provide top-tier

window cleaning and pressure washing

services for residential and commercial properties. Use professional

pressure washing equipment

to clean driveways, sidewalks, siding, and more. Ensure each job is completed with

precision and meticulous attention to detail

. Communicate professionally with clients to deliver an exceptional

customer experience

. Work efficiently in a team environment and

take responsibility

for the quality of your work. Commit to

continuous improvement

, always seeking to get 1% better every day. Follow safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a secure work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and in a team. Physically capable of working on ladders and handling pressure washing equipment. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn, grow, and

lead from the front

. Experience with

pressure washing

is a plus, but training is provided.
