Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of windows across a large hotel located in downtown Toronto.

This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and, ensuring that all glass surfaces are spotless and well-maintained at all times. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Clean windows on both interior and exterior surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques Utilize specialized cleaning equipment to achieve streak-free results Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to window/glass cleaning Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures when working at heights or with potentially hazardous materials Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Communicate effectively with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery Keep work areas clean and organized after completing each task

Skills

Proficiency with window/glass cleaning equipment Experience in facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning environments Strong custodial experience with a focus on window cleaning techniques Excellent customer service skills to address client needs professionally Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Good communication skills for coordinating with team members Knowledge of safety procedures when working at heights or handling cleaning chemicals
We offer Family health benefit plans to full time employees and overtime hours are available if desired. This job is Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm with the option to also work Sunday's. All shifts are at a Hotel located in downtown Toronto.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
