We are currently seeking a

Service Technician

who takes pride in their work and enjoys problem-solving on the job. If you're mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and ready to represent a trusted Atlantic Canadian brand, we'd love to hear from you!

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform after-sales service and repairs on Global products Maintain service vehicle and follow scheduled upkeep Provide the Service Team with job site updates and notes Keep accurate records and update the service admin team Provide professional, courteous service to homeowners and dealers Collaborate with the Service Team to complete service calls Wear company-provided uniforms and maintain a clean and professional appearance Operate company vehicle safely Follow and uphold company core values

Working Conditions and Travel:

Regular travel to customer sites (local/regional) Exposure to varying weather conditions Physical tasks include lifting, bending, climbing ladders, etc. Must be comfortable with overnight stays and occasional weekend travel

Requirements:

At least 3 - 5 years' experience in carpentry, window/door installation, or a similar trade (preferred) Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel throughout the Atlantic Provinces Valid
