North Home Windows is a growing, dynamic company located in Foam Lake, SK. We are currently seeking a motivated
commission-based
Sales Representative to provide consultative sales in an already established territory.The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communications skills, perceptive listening skills, and the desire to serve our clients respectfully.
This role offers the opportunity to work independently from home while serving Saskatoon/Humboldt and surrounding east communities.

Your main responsibilities are to:
Exhibit communication skills; both verbally and written, to uncover customers needs and assist them in purchasing the right solutions for their homes Actively prospect new business Follow up on referrals and leads Participate in sales and corporate events to promote our brand
Successful Candidates will possess the following competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven sales experience and a strong interest in sales with a customer-focused mindset Ability to build trust and maintain long-terms client relationships Self-motivated and goal-oriented Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when required
To qualify for this position, you will possess a valid Class 5 driver's license.
This is a commission-based position.
