With a strong reputation for innovation and reliability, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our window and door sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of the sales process
Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives by establishing solid relationships and providing support to sales team members and key accounts
Continuously develop leadership, hiring, and training skills to foster a high-performing team
Providing a motivating work environment while working to resolve customer issues and offering the best service possible
Analyze performance data to assess team and individual achievements
Hold daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress toward meeting company quotas
Establishing and committing to annual sales targets to expand the customer base and new markets
Project future performance trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
Work closely with marketing, production, and customer service teams to enhance efficiency
Frequently traveling for in-person and lead meetings
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong background in sales, customer service, and maintaining customer relationships
Self-motivated, with strong leadership presence, including excellent communication and presentation skills to large and small audiences
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
Technical knowledge and understanding
High attention to detail and accuracy
Positive mindset with the ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts
