and are looking for skilled, professional installers to join our Halifax team.

Key Responsibilities

Install vinyl, steel, and fiberglass

windows and doors

-- retrofit, split-frame, or full-frame applications. Ensure every installation meets

company quality standards

and

CSA requirements

. Maintain job site safety and cleanliness at all times. Communicate clearly with customers and internal coordinators. Complete post-installation inspections, photos, and customer sign-offs.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of hands-on installation experience

. Must have

own tools, equipment, and reliable vehicle

. Valid

driver's license

and ability to work independently or in a small crew. Strong knowledge of different installation types (brick-to-brick, retrofit, stud-to-stud). Attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and professional appearance. Ability to lift materials and work safely at heights when required.

Preferred Assets

Experience with

European tilt-and-turn

or specialty doors. WHMIS or Fall Protection Certification. Small established installation team available for subcontracting.
