Our client, a prominent law firm is currently looking for a Wills and Estates Assistant. This firm has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Calendar and email management;
- Responding to client inquiries via email or phone;
- Provide intermediate legal support in estate planning;
- Opening and closing client files;
- Remain updated on changes in legislation and government policy;
- Assist in preparing and filing documents;
- Coordinating with process servers and couriers;
- Ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency of work; and
- Additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Legal Assistant experience in wills and estates;
- Law Clerk or Legal Assistant diploma from an accredited institution;
- Proficiency with MS Office, Caselines and other cloud based services;
- Excellent analytical skills, good judgment, and a and high attention to detail;
- Maintain strict confidentiality; and
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
