Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Harvester to join our team. The Harvester will be responsible for gathering crops and ensuring the efficient harvesting of produce on our farm. Responsibilities: - Operate farm machinery and equipment for harvesting crops - Irrigate fields to maintain proper moisture levels for crops - Utilize hand tools to harvest fruits, vegetables, or other crops - Perform basic maintenance on machinery and tools - Conduct garden and field maintenance tasks as needed - Assist with heavy lifting and loading/unloading of harvested produce - Operate power tools for various farming activities - Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues Qualifications: - Experience in farm work or related field is preferred - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities - Capability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor - Familiarity with irrigation systems and techniques is a plus Join our team as a Harvester to contribute to the success of our farm operations.
