Are you ready for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Collections Team as our Collections Outreach Analyst!

Position Summary
Responsible for detailed customer account analysis and review within business information system. Performs outbound outreach efforts for energy assistance programs, as well as response efforts for other customer inquiries. Responsible for detailed data analysis in support of Collections Outreach efforts; determines best practices and suggests how to improve current practices. Develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations and communicates with other departments, as necessary.

You Will:

• Performs detailed account review within business information system for both internal, outside agency, and customer related inquiries.
• Serves as subject matter expert on energy assistance programs in the area, payment options, and other potential customer related inquiries.
• Performs outbound outreach efforts for energy assistance programs and other collections matters, as well as response efforts for other customer inquiries.
• Ensures that processes are configured to support continued customer experience improvement and changing business needs.
• Analyses business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved
• Other duties, as assigned.

You Have:

• Bachelor\'s Degree Business, statistics, or related quantitative field preferred
• 3+ Years Analytical experience in a business environment required
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Experience working with business information systems, including SAP, Oracle or similar required
• Experience in energy, telecommunications, sales/marketing, customer service, or financial/insurance industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data and to identify customer issues and solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex messages, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to use computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office, to share, retrieve, research and present business information.
• Knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully handle daily deadlines and multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise discretion when making business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with business partners, supervisors and peers.
• Demonstrated ability to present ideas logically and concisely to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
