POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for the direction and strategy for the Sales functions, as well as the development and leadership of the leaders and team members in this department. This includes both increasing share of wallet with existing customers and acquiring new customers. This position will play a key role on the leadership team and will define the strategy, processes, and team for driving profitable sales growth and strong customer relations. The role will be accountable for driving speed to revenue and productivity improvements and will collaborate closely with other members of the WFS & Grainger leadership teams to ensure success. This role must lead with enterprise thinking, thought leadership, and support for strategic departmental and corporate projects that support company growth initiatives.
