Scw'exmx Community Health Services Society (SCHSS) is seeking a qualified Counsellor (Masters Degree) committed to enriching the lives of individuals and families, and communities. This role offers a high degree of autonomy within a very supportive team. A Baccalaureate Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Human Services from an accredited university may be considered.

We are located within the beautiful Nicola Valley and our service area is with 50 km radius. Merritt is a central hub to a year-round playground that offers many activities such as hiking, fishing, skiing or golfing. Within the surrounding area, many ancient lakes, rolling grasslands and even lava cliffs can be found. Take a forty-five-minute drive to Kamloops or plan a weekend get away in Vancouver, only a three hour drive away!
