includes regular shifts with someon-call or as-needed availability

work under pressure
,handle physical tasks
such as laundry and room setups, andmove between floors frequently

Key Responsibilities
Provide a
warm, hospitality-driven experience
for all clientsPromote products and services
with confidence and enthusiasm Maintain aclean and organized spa environment
, including laundry, tidying, and sanitizing work areasSet up treatment rooms
and prepare for servicesHost group bookings and spa parties
Handleincoming calls
and client inquiries Serve as aliaison between spa and front desk operations
Attendproduct knowledge training and seminars
Demonstrateknowledge of skincare products and treatments
Performnail care, body waxing
, and other esthetic servicesQualifications
Esthetics certification and experience
1-2 years of customer service experience
Retail sales experience
ProServe
andFood Handling
