This is a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become a part of a passionate, dynamic team that is here to disrupt the fitness and wellness industry.About the Role:We are in search of committed and enthusiastic part-time and full-time wellness enthusiasts to join our dynamic team in the role of Wellness Concierge at the new Tonic Spa, Wellness and Recovery Hub.The ideal candidate, is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and can effectively execute in a busy environment. As a Wellness Concierge, you will be the face of our brand, providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients and practitioners. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a health and wellness clinic or luxury spa. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new business opening as we are set to open our doors in late March.Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests/patients upon arrival
• Manage spa reservations and appointments using our software system
• Handle retail sales, including recommending products and upselling services where possible
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness and organization of the spa reception and retail areas
• Assist in training new reception colleagues on all aspects of reception duties when required
• Ongoing learning regarding our extensive service menu and biohacking offerings.
• Address client inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Coordinate with the lead wellness concierge, wellness guides, and spa manager to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience
• Participate in process improvement projects and attend required meetings and training sessions
• Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions to clients with confidence
• Perform additional duties as assigned

About You:

• 1-3 years of experience in hotel/spa reception and or wellness clinic.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in customer service
• Proficient computer skills, including mandatory experience with spa/salon booking management software
• Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are an asset
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Passionate about health & fitness
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (a minimum of 2 shifts per week are required)
