Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Wellness Sales & Front Desk Associate to join our team at StretchLab Aurora Newmarket. This role combines customer service & relationship-building excellence with sales proficiency, focusing on promoting our services and fostering a welcoming environment for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and close membership sales, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales. Conduct studio tours, addressing potential clients' needs and highlighting our unique offerings. Manage front desk operations, including greeting and checking in clients and prospects. Book and confirm introductory classes, ensuring a seamless scheduling experience. Maintain personal sales goals and contribute to achieving studio sales targets. Participate in special events (e.g., health fairs, grand openings) to promote the studio and engage with the community. Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications:

Sales experience is preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software systems. Team player and culture builder Passion for health, wellness, and helping others improve their quality of life.
