Sales & Front Desk Team Member

What You'll Do

Welcome clients into the studio and create a warm, professional, and supportive first impression. Handle bookings, membership inquiries, and payments with efficiency and care. Follow up with prospective clients -- turning curiosity into confidence and sign-ups. Build relationships with our members, celebrating their progress and milestones. Support studio operations: keep our space organized, inviting, and ready to inspire. Collaborate with our team to create an exceptional client experience every single day.

What We're Looking For

A friendly, positive communicator who loves helping people feel seen and supported. Someone who takes initiative, follows systems, and pays attention to detail. Comfortable in a sales or service role (experience in wellness, fitness, or hospitality is a bonus). Able to work

Compensation & Growth

$20/hour + commission

on sales and conversions. Complimentary Pilates classes and staff training opportunities. Growth potential into studio coordination, sales leadership, or client experience management.
