Wellness Operations & Client Experience

Lead. This is a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our facility.

Key Responsibilities



Front Desk & Client Experience

Greet and engage clients with warmth and professionalism Manage check-ins, bookings, memberships, and inquiries (in-person, phone, email) Support supplement sales and provide informed recommendations

Operations & Facility Management

Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination Assist with implementing systems and processes to support growth

Team & Staff Coordination

Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members Create and manage staff schedules Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture

Sales & Growth Initiatives

Support marketing and outreach efforts (social media, events, partnerships) Contribute ideas and execute tasks that drive client acquisition and retention Help develop and refine wellness programs and services

Who You Are



You're a natural leader and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You're passionate about health and wellness, love working with people, and are excited by the opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

What You Bring



1-2 years of experience in a health clinic, gym, or wellness facility 1+ year in a leadership, assistant manager, or operations role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt quickly Bonus: Knowledge of supplements, holistic health, or nutrition (e.g., RHN, Precision Nutrition, etc.)

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
