We are a dynamic new startup focused on transforming pelvic health and wellness through cutting-edge, non-invasive technology. Our flagship service centers around the BTL Emsella Chair - a Health Canada and FDA-approved device revolutionizing treatment for urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction. We are on a mission to de-stigmatize these common issues and empower clients through education and care.

We are looking for an enthusiastic health sciences professional who is ready to be both a hands-on clinician and a key voice in building our brand. This is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in a fast-growing, purpose-driven industry.

- Understanding the scope of practice for Emsella chair guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Treatment & Clinical Support

- Perform client consultations and assessments to determine Emsella treatment candidacy.

- Deliver safe and effective BTL Emsella Chair treatments, following all protocols and best practices.

- Track treatment plans and progress; maintain accurate clinical documentation.

- Educate clients before, during, and after treatment to maximize comfort and results.

- Maintain the treatment room's cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality.

Marketing & Brand Growth

- Actively promote the BTL Emsella Chair through educational content, live demos, and online channels.

- Collaborate with the founders and marketing partners to develop outreach strategies.

- Represent the company at local health fairs, pop-ups, and community events.

- Contribute ideas for client education materials, newsletters, blog posts, and social media.

- Encourage testimonials and client engagement to drive word-of-mouth marketing.

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited health sciences degree or diploma program from North America - including (but not limited to) nursing, kinesiology, occupational therapy.

- Experience with urogynecology or women's health is an asset.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable speaking publicly and promoting services.

- Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

Highlights of the position:



- Generous compensation package: The successful candidate will be provided with a base hourly wage and further rewarded with a portion of all subsequent client billings. Your financial reimbursement will not have a cap - the more you treat, the more you earn.

- Training and marketing provisions: We want you to be successful, so technical training and marketing resources will be provided to help you in finding and assisting our clients.

- 1:1 client care slots for all treatments: Clients get the individual attention they need to succeed within their rehab journey, and staff will not need to worry about providing care for multiple clients during a single appointment timeslot.

- Low physical demands: Duties are limited to light loads and incidental assistance to clients as needed. You will not be expected to lift anything greater than 20 lbs during day-to-day routines.

- Flexible number of work hours: A variety of scheduling options are available to fit work-life balance. You can have input on the number of hours to work - from 12 to 40 hours per week.

- Small business startup: The clinic is locally-owned, and you will get to influence operational processes as the business grows. We focus on providing care that is client-centered that meets the client's needs. You will get to know the clients you treat, and not just see them as "just another client" to check off the list.
