Sweat & Shiver is seeking a friendly, reliable, and wellness-driven Wellness Consultant to join our growing team. You'll be the first and last face our clients see--setting the tone for their experience from check-in to recovery. This role is ideal for someone who loves health and wellness, enjoys connecting with people, and is confident educating clients on services and memberships in a genuine way.

Sweat & Shiver is a community-focused wellness studio specializing in sauna and cold plunge therapy. We provide an efficient, high-impact recovery experience that fits easily into daily routines without taking hours out of the day. Our mission is to make contrast therapy more accessible while creating a welcoming space for gym-goers, athletes, wellness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well-being.

Responsibilities

Welcome, check in, and support clients with professionalism and warmth Guide new clients through their first sauna and cold plunge experience Educate clients on session options, recovery benefits, and membership packages Recommend memberships and add-ons in a value-based, non-pushy way Process payments and manage bookings using Mindbody Maintain high cleanliness standards by resetting rooms between sessions Answer phone calls and messages with clear, friendly communication Create a calm, elevated experience during both slow and busy shifts

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable discussing pricing, services, and memberships Ability to multitask while staying focused and composed Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Experience with Mindbody or willingness to learn quickly Genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping others feel their best

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
